Farming is a members' gathering skill, through which players grow crops by planting seeds at farming patches. Different types of seeds can be planted at corresponding types of farming patches, which are found throughout RuneScape.

A bag lets you store them without needing to bank every 28 herbs. Seeds do stack so you can pick up as many as you desire without needing to bank. Plus, like the Coal Bag, an Herb Bag could be super useful for Herblore training. By storing the herbs in a bag you could increase the number of potions you could make per inventory by a bit.
You can still plant 1 seed at a time and get the same number of herbs as before. OR, you can plant multiple seeds at a time and get fewer herbs per seed, BUT more herbs per day, by a lot. This brings herbs into the game faster than before.
I have 16 or so different types of seeds that I use frequently enough, so this looks great. Unfortunately, even if it were released, I could see them limiting it to like 20 per seed, making the bag obsolete as a storage item.
