The seed bag is an item crafted using the Croesus spore sack and other resources from the Croesus Front. It can hold up to 40 types of seeds to the normal stack size limit. Level 85 Crafting is required to create a seed bag.

The Croesus spore sack is a drop from Croesus. It is used to make the seed bag.
All item bags automatically put picked up items into the bag (herb bag, gem bag, spirit gem bag); this should be no different. The main times this bag would even be useful is during PVM, mainly slayer. If the seeds don’t automatically go into the bag, it’s nothing but a bank storage saver.
Look at the Spirit Gem bag, it had potential to save 6 bank spaces, but due to its storage limit, it is borderline worthless. I would be totally down for allowing the Tool Leprechauns to hold up to 1000 of each seed and sapling though.
Plant pots are used in the Farming skill to turn tree seeds, fruit tree seeds, calquat tree seeds and spirit tree seeds into seedlings. With the appropriate Farming level and a gardening trowel in their inventory, a player can create a seedling by using a tree seed on a filled plant pot.
Makes a Seed bag when Crafted with the following items: 2,500 Croesus flakes. 500 Calcified fungus. 500 Fungal algae. 500 Fungal spore. 500 Timber fungus.
In my opinion there should be a left-click "plant" option on plots and if you have a seed bag it should open an interface for you to select what seed to plant.
