23 mar 2021 · See the full chart of what’s allowed in phase 3 at this link. Phase 3 of the state’s reopening plan. Counties will be evaluated every three weeks. The first evaluation is scheduled for April 12.
13 maj 2021 · May 13, 2021. Gov. Jay Inslee today announced that the state is moving toward a statewide June 30 reopening date and that all counties in Washington will move to Phase 3 of the Healthy WA: Roadmap to Recovery reopening plan effective May 18 until June 30.

31 mar 2021 · Phase 1 – Tier 3 includes people with 2 more comorbidities or underlying conditions that put them at increased risk for severe illness if infected with COVID.
