The Emir's Arena, also known as the Al Kharid PvP Arena, is a minigame that replaced the Duel Arena. The minigame gives players an opportunity to fight each other in a controlled environment, where matches take place on an alternative save game world against players of a similar skill level.
Overview of the arena. The arena is square shaped, and there are three pillars in it. These pillars can be used to safespot monsters, although they do not offer complete protection from all the monsters in the cave considering their spawns are spread whenever a new wave starts.

Focus on account progression which also unlocks great gear. First goal should be RFD then look to do fire cape + quest cape. Do things like void/fighter torso on the way.
Unfortunately there’s few other lists I could find online similar to mine. But I would definitely do some research and adjust my list according your own play style! There’s tons of helpful info on the official osrs wiki!
Go to the bar to the west of the jail and buy a Khali brew for five coins (if you didn't talk to the right guard, the option is not there). Go back to the jail and talk to the guard to get the keys. Prepare for a fight, ranged/mage recommended to safespot, or the Protect from melee prayer.
