I have found Sears Home Services to be completely unreliable, untrustworthy, and inept. Made an appointment for refrigerator repair for 8/21. They postponed to 8/22.
Their only functions are status of appointment, rescheduling or canceling. The repairman never responded to my texts. I’ve never seen a company that you can’t talk to or file a complaint with. I finally emailed their legal office to complain. Is there anyone here who knows what a customer can do?
