The limit is one entry per person, and it must be submitted no later than July 31, 2024. Entries should be submitted electronically (.jpg, .jpeg, or .png format) through the form below OR emailed to scoutingforfood@michiganscouting.org (accompanied by the PDF version of the form ).
Scouting For Food is a traditional service project that provides needed resources to our area food banks. Scouts canvas the neighborhoods, knocking on doors and collecting food that will be distributed directly to local food pantries within your community.
Youth and adults will receive a Scouting for Food participation patch and “2024” metal-pin. Collect a new metal-pin each year you participate in the program.
The 2024 Scouting for Food patch was designed by a Scout as part of the patch contest. Patches can be ordered online from the MCC Online Shop. Patches are $2 each plus tax and shipping. There is a limited quantity (2,000) available, so order early.
