The Branch Manager is responsible for daily operations at the branch including supervising, training, and scheduling staff, providing information and services, and modeling customer service.
The branch manager serves as a liaison between their branch and the community by reaching out to area organizations and promoting the library and its services. The Union branch is a 17,000 square foot facility, serving a population size of 12,458 with an annual circulation of 115,000 items. This position manages a staff of 4.35 FTE.
