In Saw IV, Hoffman sends Rigg home, and is informed by Fisk about Lynn’s disappearance from the hospital in Saw III, which is happening simultaneously. Chronologically, the autopsy of John Kramer in Saw IV happens after Strahm is wheeled out of Gideon Meat Packing Plant into an ambulance in Saw V.
