11 maj 2023 · @Gerrymac: Please can you try heading to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.
7 cze 2015 · If it does, then on the phone go to Settings -> Storage -> Overflow menu (3 dots) -> USB Computer Connection -> Change the mode from Charging Only to MTP or USB Mass Storage. If neither of these works, then make sure you have drivers installed for your device on your computer.

11 lut 2024 · I tried updating the USB port drivers, disabling the USB port drivers, as well as uninstalling the USB port drivers in Device Manager and restarting but the problem continued. I ran Windows update and all updates are installed.
25 lut 2022 · I use the USB cable to connect my ultra to windows 11 with the windows 10 dex app on it. It works. Others mentioned USB/WiFi issues with dex on s22. Try leaving wifi on (just regular wifi enabled not dex wifi connection), open the app on PC, and connect your phone via USB.
