Mine will drain even when it is placed on the charge box. When I place them in the box overnight and connect them the next day, The left will indicate 100% and the right will indicate 0%. I do not know if the right starts draining soon it reaches 100% while on charge.
26 kwi 2024 · I understand how frustrating it is for one earbud to drain the battery faster than the other earbud. You can try resetting the Buds. Try cleaning the affected Bud, especially the sensor, as it could be struggling to get a connection.
Put the faulty earbud into the charging case and confirm that the red light of the charging case is on and stays on, instead of turning into a green light after a few seconds. If the red light turns into a green light within a few seconds, reposition the bud.

Then, you need to disable Bluetooth on the connected device for around 20 seconds and later enable it again.
