Over the past few decades, thanks to volunteers, librarians, and archivists, many indexes to birth and baptism collections have been provided for free online. These searchable indexes provide specific birth, baptism, or christening information, and sometimes scanned images of the actual birth documents themselves.

28 maj 2024 · Contact the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to purchase copies of vital statistics indexes, or to request vital records or marriage and divorce verifications. Electronic copies of some marriage and divorce indexes are available to download from the DSHS website free of charge.
15 sty 2024 · Free; index of marriage records from individual counties. Includes marriage licenses, certificates, registers, applications, affidavits, stubs, etc. Microfilm copies of these records are available at the FamilySearch Library and some FamilySearch Centers.
12 sie 2024 · Add any new information to your records. Use the age or estimated birth date to find other vital such as birth, baptism, or death. Use the information found in the record to find additional family members in census records. Search the marriage index for other family members.
