17 cze 2021 · Once a common and inexpensive shotgun choice in America, Saiga 12s have surged in value since they were banned from importation in 2014. Are they still worth it? What Are Saiga Shotguns? Made At Izhmash Factory (Now Kalashnikov Concern) In Russia; Semi-Auto AK-Style Action; Made In 12-Gauge, 20-Gauge, And .410 Bore; Several Different Models ...
I picked one up about a month ago. It's a Century Arms restoration, and I have to say, they seemingly did a very nice job. I've added a tri-rail, Hogue pistol grip, a weapon light, folding vertical foregrip, and the CSS low brass reliability kit. With the kit, it eats everything I've fed it so far.
1 paź 2007 · If possible try a Saiga-12 with pistol grips front and rear. This places the heavy 10 round magazines almost squarely between your two hands and allowing much better balance in my opinion. I recently tried a Wraithmaker 20 round drum in my Saiga and even fully loaded, it did not seem awkward at all.

3 paź 2010 · I recently bought a Saiga 12, and problems quickly ensued, most notably, problems of failing to feed properly. Out of the box, 5 round OEM magazine helped produce at least two failures per clip....not sufficient by way of reliability for home defense use.
28 mar 2011 · My only minor complaint with the MD Arms 20-round drum mag is, it is a bit bulky – but that comes with having a mag that will hold 20-rounds of 12 gauge shotgun shells. For carrying comfort, I found the ProMag 12 round drum to be the best of the bunch, followed by the ProMag 10-round mags.
22 cze 2010 · The gun is 100% better than it was when I first got it! It is 100% reliable (just keep it clean). I couldn't be happier with it at this point, and is now my favorite weapon.
