after you place your SAM site go to Advanced (Waypoint Actions) and add "Engage air weapons = on". This will make your SAM site fire on hostile radar contacts

14 cze 2021 · I've recreated a proper SA-2 launch site on Altis, just east of Athira airport at Telos military complex. The site features one P-12 "Spoon Rest" search radar, one RSN-75 "Fan Song" engagement radar, six SM-90 launch rails and two spare missiles (on ZiL-157 trucks).
