  1. Tried contacting customer service for help finding a tiny little part, no answer. Made an account to ask my wuestion on their own homepage where they promise an answer within 48 hours, 3 weeks later still no answer. Better to spend a little bit more money for a product of a reputable company!

  3. Talked to one lady in HD customer service and she said call Ryobi. They couldn’t help so I went back and talked to someone else in customer service who promptly pointed me to the rental desk. The gentleman there had me taken care of no problem and I got my circular saw repaired under warranty.

Upsale scam on the new grinder, they have removed the spanner locater in the handle so cable free but now need to carry the spanner. If you complain they inform you they can supply an easy fix nut for £18 including postage.

  6. I've been on hold with Ryobi customer service for two hours now and they still haven't transferred me to an agent. Don't buy Ryobi. Find a manufacturer that has local repair shops.
