But ultimately, it will always read 29.8v at the terminal with the GND / RES jumper. Also, if I hold the battery indicator button for 5 seconds, the #4 LED will flash three times, then #4 #3 will flash once, then all 4 will flash once. I hope someone can make sense of this and help is out.
You just need to pull down the reset pin. Use a piece of wire to short GND and RESET on the pin header on the top left of the image. The one with five holes in it (not the 6 hole one). It is the square hole and the middle hole, short those for three seconds and the board should be reset.
