It will re-download all EAC files and should fix the problem. If that doesn't work, completely remove EAC from your PC (aka it might be installed for other games, delete the whole entire application off your system and all traces of its folders) then reinstall from integrity check.

Mostly PC users, for console Rust please use r/RustConsole. i just recently got a new pc with RTX 3080 and when i try to join a server i get "Eac Authentication timed out 1/2", i tried everything to try and fix it and i cant figure it out to fix it. Did you find the solution? nope. It took one update I think and it was gone.
