The blood altar is a runecrafting altar located in Blood Rune Temple, which is used to craft blood runes from pure essence with Runecrafting skill. The strange bloodied stones is a scenery located in Meiyerditch tunnels. It is accessible after completion of the Legacy of Seergaze quest.
The Blood Altar may be found in the Meiyerditch Dungeon after completion of the Legacy of Seergaze quest. It is used to craft blood runes from pure essence, providing 10.5 Runecrafting experience. As with most other runecrafting altars, it can be accessed via the Abyss.
The Blood Rune Temple is a rune temple of the blood altar. It is mainly used to craft blood runes, and alternatively craft blood tiara. It is accessible after completion of the Legacy of Seergaze quest.
Once in the dwarf camp, there are stairs on the south wall leading down to Thorgel and the entrance to the death altar. Enter the "Mysterious" 'death' ruins. Use the newly made crystal on the altar, then enter the exit-portal.
