If you mean runecrafting pouches there is a plugin called Runecrafting Utilities that makes it so when you are near an altar the left click on a pouch swaps to empty, and then goes back to left click being fill when you aren't near the altar.
I thought there was a plugin which showed how many essence you had in your runecrafting pouch, but I can't find it. Is it a feature?

Anytime I've used it this week it doesn't track my essence correctly at all, I'm constantly double tapping all my pouches to ensure the essence is out. Using Jagex Launcher - RL client. Was working fine I want to say last week.
