My main lease options now are Inspire on 22nd and the Ruckus 2.0. I would like to hear from people who have lived there because some of the Yelp and Google reviews are scaring me. For Inspire, some reviews are saying the fridge and WiFi did not work initially and took weeks or months to fix.

Ruckus apartments are amazing for the price. I didn’t live there but I was so jealous of my friends who did (especially 2.0) huge apartments/great location for the price. I paid the same amount in rent for a much smaller apartment with less amenities & everyone who’s lived there has had really good things to say.
I’ve seen some reviews that the Texan/Vintage and the Block has been bad, is that true? Also, some have said that the Ruckus on Rio is loud because of Greek life, is that true? Any advice would be appreciated.
