15 sie 2021 · I solved this (super annoying) issue on my PC by disabling the "Variable refresh rate" option under Settings->Display->Graphics settings. I'm running a 3090FE with Dell P3222QE and S3220GDF monitors. The flickering was happening on my P3222 so I replaced both DP cables with fancy ones. So...then both monitors started flickering.
