This is a program for creating character sprites that can be used in RPG Maker and other applications. You can create a character by combining part images. You can also adjust colors and apply effects.
I decided to go the extra mile and package the tool up for easy download on Steam for Windows and Mac. I figured it could be really helpful to other game developers with limited resources to make sprites.
Each sprite is designed to correspond with a full-size sprite from a Time Fantasy asset pack. Miniature versions of characters from the Time Fantasy base pack, Time Fantasy: Monsters expansion, and the Future Fantasy pack.
