Right-click the map in the list and select properties, you should see a couple of sections (specifically the tileset one). Indoor/Outdoor/Dungeon is what you're looking for.

I generally do not like editing the default sets as they have all their passabilites and everything set, I rather add my own sheet or build my own tileset from bits and pieces in general.
