Where to Find the Guillotine. The Guillotine is already built, but it needs to have special parts added in order to complete the Richtofen Easter Egg. These parts are found in various spots in the Town area and the Tunnels. The Guillotine itself is between the Saloon and the Gunsmith. Look for it against the wall of the Gunsmith.

Part of the Easter Egg for Black Ops 2 Buried is building the Guillotine using parts that are scattered around the map. This Guillotine is not built using the usual workbench and it forms part of the final Easter Egg for Richtofen.
