5 gru 2023 · Jump to solution. We can not get a picture for ANY apps. We can see the home screen and channels, but as soon as you hit play/watch the picture goes away and all we can hear is the sound. Checked for software updates. Plugged into a new HDMI port. Rebooted the Roku. Nothing has worked.
