It's just a little glitch with the mobile avatar editor, if u launch a game it will return to default, it does not actually apply in game. I think this is related to the head not loading the default face when you equip it as presented in the head's icon.

this opens up 2 interpretations 1: the faceless youre using is too thick and you need a better one. 2: youre simply not using the advanced option to equip 2 face accessories (if the faceless is a face accessory) or you dont have a plugin that does it for you.
