I got banned on my account, but I was logged into the same account on different devices, and when I changed accounts it worked, but on the Roblox player it shows a screen which I can't click, so I know I can't be hardware banned. so, what is the reason for the player to be frozen?

Uninstalled Roblox, cleared the cache and cookies to Roblox, and created a new account. Unfortunately, it went straight back to the banned screen and I couldn't click the logout.
