5 mar 2018 · This mod simply treats multi-layer armor (like Marine Armor, which occupies middle + outer layer) as two separate layers of armor, so its armor applies twice to every attack. A 50%(configurable) rating multiplier is applied to the second layer, and that seems about right for a ~40% buff.

RimWorld Release version. v1.101: Tweak: Since there is a "wooden armour" added, vanilla plate armour can no longer be made by wood. Tweak: Marine gloves and boots are acceptable by nobles. Tweak: Soldiers of Empire will use the armor added in this mod: - Troopers will randomly spawn with Trooper Armour and helmet.
Midworld Expanded: Flak Armor adds a bunch of industrial armors, including a flak shirt, ballistic mask, flak gloves/boots and a full flak suit. Fills a nice niche that Vanilla Expanded misses.
