Community Legal Aid SoCal provides a full range of free legal services for seniors aged 60+ to protect the safety and dignity of older adults.
Legal Services are available to assist older adults and adults with disabilities with a variety of legal problems concerning housing, consumer fraud, elder abuse, Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicare, Medi-Cal, age discrimination, pensions, nursing homes, protective services, conservatorships, and other matters.
Scores of underserved seniors would be denied access to free legal services without the help of our dedicated pro bono attorneys. We count on our volunteer attorneys in the community to help us reach those in need.

For older adults who qualify, there are statewide Legal Service Providers (LSPs) that work through a network of Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) to help you get the advice and counseling you need. These LSPs are found in every country in California, from north to south, and from ocean to desert to mountain.
