The Hi-nu is the best RG they've made and the MG, while still very good, left me wanting. Now, speaking purely subjectively, I also think the RG version of the design looks a lot better, both in color and proportion, and the new funnels are especially gorgeous (and much easier to get to look right).

My biggest complaint about the HiNu was the weird ass gradient paint on the funnels. It looks like the RG did away with this while still giving giving a nod to to. I really like how they did this one.
This kit definitely started a new era where RG seems to be the best and most consistent line! don't imagine many predicted that before 2017.
