11 sie 2021 · I wanted to share my floor mat insights so you can save yourself some money and avoid having an extra set of floor mats. I initially purchased WeatherTech All-Weather Floor Mats (through CarID) when I bought the 2020 CR-V Hybrid. The mats work great and do the job.
I have weather tech and love them. Not a direct comparison: The WT hatchback mat that came with my 2008 CRV is substantially thinner and wimpier than the Husky floor mats I bought for my 1995 Toyota. Just received an Auxko mat for my CR-V. Sturdy and inexpensive and gets the job done. We all like it.
If you need good protection but are on a tighter budget or prefer a less noticeable look, the All-Weather mats are still an excellent choice. Additional Tip: Look for sales or slightly used sets of FloorLiners to potentially save some money!
Get yourself a pair of the front and rear OEM mats they sell to Canadians. I found out about them on the Mazdas 24/7 site. They fit wonderfully, and unlike the US rubber mats actually hold a good deal of snow and water. I’ve put their Amazon pages below so you can see what I mean.
