Review. I’ve watched up to Episode 18 and wanted to share my thoughts on the drama so far in case anyone’s interested. I watched the Shanghainese version with Mandarin subs (the Mandarin dub is quite awkward so would not recommend). Ep 1~3 were quite confusing, plot-wise.

Good news is the links below are decent/good enough/etc. English subtitles for Blossoms Shanghai (繁花). This version has the Shanghainese audio in addition to the Mandarin one, and also the embedded advertisements or product placements at like the beginning of each episodes, lol.
