26 lip 2021 · As usual when i launched chrome, there was this popup for me to restore all tabs that were opened at the time of reboot. Sadly I accidentally closed. This is not the first time it happens to me so i was searching for another way to get my tabs back.
24 mar 2019 · Put the right files in the directory. Relaunch and click "Restore" when prompted. I also wrote some simple bat scripts that I use to easily copy the current session files, restore, and make some backups. You can check them out here: https://github.com/aljgom/chrome_sessions.
5 lut 2024 · One of the most convenient and straightforward methods to restore your tabs in Google Chrome after a restart is by leveraging the browser's built-in "Continue where you left off" feature.
I've replaced the ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default folder with a previous one from my Time Machine, restarted Chrome and afterwards it worked like a charm. Thus, the session (and tabs) are restored if a backup is on-hand. The Windows equivalent to this path works also.
11 mar 2020 · Google Chrome can handle a crash gracefully when you lose all your open tabs. Usually when you restart Chrome, it shows a "restore tabs" button. This option will fully restore your last browsing session.
20 sie 2021 · The Chrome app is less likely to delete old tabs, even after a restart, but if they did go missing, Chrome for Android and Chrome for iOS have straightforward tools for retrieving those...
27 mar 2022 · Press Control+Shift+T (or Command+Shift+T if you're using a Mac) and your most recently closed tab or window will re-open. Keep doing this until your window from earlier re-spawns, or the shortcut stops working.
