Residential Permit Parking. Residents may obtain a permit from the City Clerk's Office by submitting proof of address (drivers license, current lease or mortgage and voters registration card) to: City Hall. 121 N. LaSalle Room 107.
To purchase a Residential Zone Parking Permit, you must reside at a Chicago address in a designated residential parking zone and have proof of address. The Residential Zone Parking Permit expires at the same time as the City Vehicle Sticker on which its Zone Number was printed.
