On some builds of Windows 11 running the game from a shortcut causes it to hang, because some windows shell thread is stopping the execution. It is not crack problem, it is microsoft RETARDATION. Run the game from the real exe in the actual game folder.
reframework_6_in_1.zip (for empress cracked version) This is an Aio zip from a few different github branches that may work better you can try them yourself. But I know for me, the best one was eprilx's seemed to work the best and had DLSS upscaling as well.
