13 kwi 2023 · Two months ago I wrote about an exuberant discussion with Michael Christ, the visionary developer of Renton’s Southport, as Renton was finally going to extend Park Avenue from the Landing to his office towers.
The Park Avenue North extension will create a second access into the Southport campus. The new road will have a direct connection to the Renton Landing Shopping Center, freeway access and a new Transit Hub located on N Southport Drive.
