12 gru 2022 · Press the Windows home key. Choose to display "all apps" (upper right) and scroll down to the apps that start with "L". Look for an app called "Lenovo HotKeys" and launch it. Turns out my wireless lenovo keyboard is whats causing it. If you have one too do this: Bring up the task manager, go to the Startup tab, disable "on screen display application", restart.
As soon as I turn on Lenovo Hotkeys the caps lock indicator shows. And the FN+ r works. When I disable Lenovo Hotkeys, the indicators disappear but FN+ r won’t work.

I don't know how to remove the program but you can end its task in Task manager and it will disable the pop up.
