The MSYSA State Cup is the first level of competition for two (2) US Youth Soccer competitions. The Elite Division of State Cup is the top division. This division is intended for teams that participate in any multi-state regional or national league (Elite-64, Elite 64-Regional League, NLC, NAL and others) and some Great Lakes Premier League teams.
