If it a Dell you press Ctrl + F11. etc., That is how you do it if the manufacturer never included a XP CD when you purchased the computer when new. That's called factory resetting which is what you asked about.
17 cze 2020 · In the BIOS, I turned on SecureBoot, set to UEFI Native, and made sure that USB Hard drive and and Generic USB Device is just under the OS Boot Manager (in UEFI Boot Order). I have a known good Windows 10 x64 USB installer that I can boot to in two other PC's.
