What I would want is for excel to automatically take my inputs from the second sheet and apply it to the template to create a 24 hour schedule which I can easily give to my colleagues.
I'm a PM for a smaller masonry/concrete/restoration contractor and I have been trying to implement some form of two-week lookahead schedule that I can provide to our foremen to help with their day-to-day planning. We use Procore for most of our management items, but I hate it's scheduling features, so I'm currently using Excel.
I'm using the "Daily schedule" Template from google sheets fyi. When I change the date from C2, the only thing that changes is the dates. The schedule itself remains the same; only the date changes For example: Any changes made on this week will adjust the previous weeks to match. Essentially I can only have "one" daily schedule.
