Special both wildwind and crimson, go into red rising. If you have another level 2 tuner, use crimsons effect and go into RDA. Normal summon that additional tuner and there’s your turn one nova.
Now that I've actually tested the deck out, I've found that getting the 8 star dragon synchros are really easy, and that simply summoning Junk Synchron with an Effect Veiler, or Flamvell Guard, or Flamvell Baby in the graveyard is an instant RND.
