Anyone else prefer Capek over Colonel Masako? I like Capek the best out of the antagonists in Red Faction 1. He was just a better written villain to me, no offense Masako. Plus the dude gives me Vulture vibes. Ya, I always hated that Capek went down so early. He really felt like more of a big brains of the operation.
Overall I think that Red Faction 1 was brilliant. 2 was meh. 3 was boring but had interesting destruction. 4th was basically smaller 3. Less boring but also less impressive.

Red Faction 2 - well, probably the slickest and quickest fps gameplay, but short, linear, and not set on Mars. Very little destruction. One boss is pretty memorable, though: if he gets too close, his protective electric force-field shield will shock you, reversing all your controls for a few seconds.

Welp, in just a very short time I figured it out. I got lucky enough to get into the room Eos comes from, avoiding his first barrage of 1-hit KO shocks. I saved right away. From here, every time I loaded, Eos either died, or I did from peeking my head out.
