"I've finally figured out how to do this 100% of the time on PC, regardless of keybinds. Whatever key you have set to holster". Step 1: Un holster your revolver.
Press tab and select the revolver or whatever weapon it says you can spin with. Double tap tab, hold right click and hold press 2. You will start spinning!
It took me forever to figure out how to do them. With your gun unholstered, you double tap L1 and hold down R1 and on the bottom right it will have a list of the various gun tricks

To do spin tricks on PC You have to unlock them through the Bounty Hunter Role. Once unlocked you have to learn them in your satchel under skill pages and then equip them in the player menu. To preform different tricks double tap TAB and then hold right click.
