27 gru 2019 · Would folks comment on their gasoline fuel tank setup or send me to a discussion on it. 1. I've seen some fuel setups with 2 lines. I can't see how these work- or what am I doing wrong. When you fill the tank there is no air vent and the fuel floods the engine. e.g. air in the tank pushes the fuel into the carb, It has no other place to go.
25 maj 2004 · Wondering where diagrams of DF Fuel Tank setups can be obtained. Specifically looking for a diagram that uses a main tank and a hopper/header tank. Also, when using an additional line for filling, is it best to have this line fill/enter the hopper tank or the main tank.
I don't have a schematic, but here is how I do it, and I am sure others have different ways. 40% Carden Cap 232 w/DA 150. Single 50 ounce Du-Bro fuel tank (no smoke in this plane) with SWB fuel cap. Make sure you have a gas fuel rated stopper installed in your tank.
