17 cze 2015 · Does it really matter to get counterfoil coding "RC-1" on PRTD while applying on H&C grounds? What difference will it make to have "RC-1" on PRTD? OR these are just two different categories for record purpose?
1 lut 2015 · I recently got my PRTD under the RC-1 PR category. Does this translate to me getting a PR card when I arrive at the border? Or would I be further interrogated? What should be the documents that I should carry with me while travelling? (for eg: old PR card, Old passport stamped with visa, etc?)

5 cze 2013 · R-1 means that you meet the Residency obligation (either by spending 2 of past 5 years in Canada, or living with Canadian citizen spouse). RC-1 means you didn't meet the RO, but had a valid H&C reason that was approved to overcome the RO. If the latter applies to you, then yes the PRTD was issued in error and should have had RC-1 coding.
