I'm lvl 62 now and I only started farming like a week ago. From 1-29 there are a couple quests you can do to skip the low lvl stuff. Just go on the wiki to see what they are (I forgot). From there I did multiple runs a day (4 max but at most it was 3). First run has fruit tree and the rest doesn't include fruit trees since it won't be finish yet.
