Blood samples were tested by the China Food and Drug Testing Institute with the Rapid Fluorescent Focus Inhibition Test (RFFIT) to detect rabies virus antibody levels. Citation 12, Citation 13. Based on the WHO criteria, the rabies virus neutralizing antibody (RVNA) concentration ≥ 0.5IU/mL was considered as adequate.
