I Forgot the PIN. Once a PIN is added to an account, it will be needed to make changes to the account settings. At this time, users and their parents/guardians will not be able to manually reset the PIN if it is forgotten. Customer Support will need to assist with resetting forgotten PINs.

For myself, I just accidentally uninstall MS Authenticator app on my old phone, and forgot to generate backup codes or disable 2FA on my Roblox account before link it on the new phone.
After I reinstall Windows, the software does not work. I need to uninstall it and clean up the residue.

If your current device operates under a different system than the one with the saved passkey (e.g., from an iOS device to a Windows computer), passkeys will not synchronize. However, you can still regain access to your account by other methods, such as Quick Login, Email One-Time Code, or password.
4 paź 2024 · You can reset the Roblox security PIN on any device by using a method similar to adding a new code — you will need to log into your account, go to your Parental Control settings from the Settings menu and click on the option to reset the forgotten PIN.
