Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) is a national multi-species quality assurance program for youth ages 8 to 21 with a focus on three core pillars: Food Safety. Animal Well-Being. Character Development. YQCA certification is being accepted by many livestock shows and fairs that require youth quality assurance certification.

YQCA provides 4-H, FFA, and other youth livestock related organization quality no cost, in-person, instructor-led assurance training workshops.
From these projects youth will engage in activities that expand their knowledge on animal care, husbandry, nutrition, financial literacy, showmanship, meat marketing quality assurance, and careers in agriculture.

The purpose of the Arizona 4-H Shooting Sports Education Program is to promote positive youth development through the safe and responsible use of archery equipment and firearms. Education is the foundation of this 4-H Program and is at the heart of teaching youth safe practices while handling firearms.
