23 mar 2022 · Qasr Ibrim. Our last stop on the cruise before reaching Abu Simbel was at the fortress of Qasr Ibrim, the only ancient Nubian site in Egypt to have remained in situ. However, we were only able to gaze upon it from the comforts of our boat, as it is no longer accessible to tourists.
