Pyrgos (Greek: Πύργος, romanized: Pýrgos, lit. 'tower') is a city in the northwestern Peloponnese, Greece, capital of the regional unit of Elis and the seat of the Municipality of Pyrgos. The city is located in the middle of a plain, 4 kilometres (2 miles) from the Ionian Sea.

The museum has such old relics, and the grounds are stunning with peacocks 🦚 everywhere and a friendly Greek cat 🐈 half way through the tour, we were all taken to be seated under trees with gorgeous tables set out with delicious Mediterranean fare and 1 bottle of red and 1 white, extremely generous.
